Should be filled with expanding foam excess removed and window trim and silicone to cover photo not visible to advise what trim needed for a nice finish trim can be glued on with mitre bond
A handyman will undertake any tasks they feel worthwhile they will not be expected to for just assembly cost alone and would likely charge a fee for the collection. hope this helps
Depends on size of the room coats needed ect i charge according to work needed and walls skirting doors all play a factor.
