Do properly job will never cover fireplace or either cover a boiler
Do properly job will never live gaps between the window frame and the wall once done in first instance,
Properly job should be done in the first instance for quality and stantards
If using the level must be right in all points of the wall without gaps, either using vernichi,horizontal or diagonal
