About Us:
I am a fully qualified multiskilled carpenter/joiner and have been for the past 15 years. I have gained my experience in councils, housing associations, and running my own business. I aim to provide a quality and fair-priced service to all residents and homeowners.

History:
In 2009, I enrolled on a Carpentry and Joinery course and was trained by a very good cabinetmaker. In 2011, I started my apprenticeship with a local Nottinghamshire council. I pushed myself to be the best I could be, and I was taken on as a multi-skilled carpenter.
Since moving to Dorset, I furthered my experience with a small wetroom company, installing wetroom/shower rooms. Once my work experience came to an end, I immediately joined a local authority as a multi-skilled carpenter.
After a few years, I decided I was confident enough to go at it alone and become self-employed. My time in self-employment has been great, and I have nothing but excellent feedback from the work I have done.

It is likely to ne a faulty thermal cut off switch that is causing your issue. its effectively like a trip switch.
You may have a temperature restrictor valve on your pipework under the bath. this is now regulation to have them fitted to protect infants from scalding themselves. the valve can be adjusted to make the hot tap, hotter. or quite simply be removed.
It it possible that your ball valve may be set a little to low, so there isn't the correct amount of water coming out of you cistern. adjust the level at which the float sits to a higher position and this may help solve your issue.
