close the door, take e thick pencil, and mark the door around the door frame, slide the pencil around the door frame, normally the gap between the door and door frame should be 3 mm ,

Yes ,should be through the soffit or a roof tile, because the extractor fan works with power, and it’s not safe in a wet area.
Roughly 100£ is a tower with a rent for 1 week. we can’t find cheaper. half day for a roofer specialist and a labour, 100+60=160£.
