Skirting boards
Always a joiner in my opinion.
Which Trade to employ
Plasterers can normally board and skim, but if they have plenty of work on. they can earn more just skimming. you can get tappered boards. so any decorator can fill and paint.and it looks the same as plaster. only if they are good......
Door lining for French door
You can get made to measure doors made. these are more expensive. but the size is the size. a decent joiner will be able to sort this for you.
New shed... am I being conned?
Do not let this man back in to your property. send me pictures and i am more than happy to advise you.
Patching up after dado rail removal
If you send pictures, i'm more than happy to advise. this scenario does seem very strange.
