“I have now used Woodthorpe Tree Services 3 times for tree surgery and hedge maintenance/reduction. On each occasion contact from the company has been excellent and Daren, who comes to assess the work, has been very polite and friendly. I have never felt that he has suggested additional work just for the benefit of his business. Quite the opposite - he clearly has a passion for trees and what he does and talks to you and questions what you want in order to agree and assist you in attaining what you hope to achieve. I find this approach very reassuring and I have never felt rushed or that he doesn't have time to discuss your job, even if he has visited at the end of the working day. On the days when the team have come to do the work they have been punctual and extremely friendly and polite. They, too, check and listen to what you want and check with you after they have finished that you are happy. They also clear up very thoroughly afterwards. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who is needing tree/gardening work doing. The employees are a credit to the company and I wouldn't go anywhere else for this kind of work.”
