400 pounds ridges cost around 60 pound ,cement and sand 10 pound ,2 roof tiles 10pound ,petrol 30 pounds , labour 100 pounds and rest 190pound to specialist
Best option open like 10 tiles around this place take off few ridges is well lifting two lines off batten to see demage putting new underlay repairing 2old batten in 2 new puting back tiles and rigdes job done 100% no leaks
If the base when you walking moving or swinging its meant you have bad job and costruction not stronges and quality need put few more post in decking and make strong base but if you jumping swing or do samthing else decking boards no move its good job with good base no worries when
