Hi nic there is options but some are just a little bit more complicated than fibre glass it could be the case that it needs to be re pitched with ferings to get correct full so that the water drains of as sounds like the water ponding has made it sink in places were boards have rooted away due to water so re pitch re board n possible option could be re felt, rubber as cheaper
