History:
Started building work when I left school all types of building work. Decided I wanted to go into the restoration side of it as well ihave a passion to restore old barns ,houses, stone walls, all types of buildings I just love seeing the finished product and getting job satisfaction. AND SEEING THE CUSTOMERS LOOKING HAPPY AT THE END RESULTS

Firstly i would look at the whole job from the roof down repair if necessary.
secondly does the window have a lintel in if not add one.
take loose brickwork out and rebed where needed.
repoint all defective areas .
and finally inside repair all defective areas

I would look at the wall overall if the bricks are loose i would take all the defective wall down and rebuild. if it just wanted grinding out to a good depth then repoint to make good
Ok so i would have to put travel cost on .
if it needed bricks replacing that would be an extra.
to grind out and repointing and travel would be £250plus any bricks that would need changing so if you could send me a photo to verify what exactly needs doing i could give you a set quote many thanks steve

Travel cost would be added as i'm in nottingham.
i would require a scaffolding up with elevations to work in a sound environment.
i would have to grind the old mortar out of all the brickwork.
i would ask for pictures so i could see exactly what i needed to to because sometimes when the scaffolding is up you can see if there is any defective bricks.
i would also need to work out meteriage.
once all that is calculated it would be about £2000 .i would give you the option of having it water sealed to stop any water penetrative through the brickwork that would be an additional cast of £350.
