10 pound a meter or herringbone is 25 pound a meter lvt 15 pound a meter
Xps underlay will be ok or a underlay with damp proof membrane would do the job
You could get under floor heating
You would need to ply the room out or if it’s concrete a screed would be best
The reason would be the levels in the floor you could pack it but over time i will get worse better plying or screeding to get the floor level
