About Us:

Hi. I’m Neil Kell, a multi-skilled tradesman even undertaking handyman jobs for those needing that little extra help I'm the forman of Konection Building & Property Maintenance. I can undertake a wide range of both internal and external works, from large property renovations such as loft conversions, right down to small handyman-type jobs, such as assembly of flat-pack furniture, to hanging curtain poles and pictures. A perfectionist at heart, all jobs are completed to the highest of standards and this speaks for itself by creating excellent customer satisfaction, recommendations and repeat work.

Answers:

Laminate flooring under fitted kitchen units?
I would lay it to the kick board with an expansion gap but rather than use beading i use a color matched silicone to suit the color of the flooring being fitted so no nails and it can move plus its water proof and wipeable and can be a small bead in height or even floor height level.
Shower tray 600mm x 1600. Do they exist
Yes 600x1600 shower trays do exist aswell as many other sizes
Hot water bath tap
If it's only the hot water that is at a trickle, you might need a plumber to clean and flush your hot water unit. sediment and scale in your hot water tank can build up as the tank ages and corrodes. this can cause blockages over time and low hot water pressure.
Gravity fed electric shower?
Alternatively, some instantaneous showers will work with a gravity feed from a cold water tank providing that there is sufficient 'head' (i.e. the vertical distance between the base of the tank and the sprayhead) - typically a minimum head of 10 metres (33 foot) will be required - but check the literature supplied.
