Is it possible to install concrete board alongside plywood?
No it can't be done the damp wet board would be removed and replaced with new boarding to match the original and sealed and then the tile backer board would be fixed on top to match and then retile to suit what is already down
Should I pay an extra charge to fix airlock?
No it should all be in with the price so the price quoted would be the price the customer pays and the job should be left 100% finished
How to fit shower when mains on opposite side to inlet?
With most showers these days the inlet is multiple locations but if not then a couple of 45 bends and abit of copper or plastic pipe to amend the location of the mains
Cost of changing front garden to off road parking space?
The price would be down to what size area it would be and what sort of paving it would require tarmac block paving loose and would need council permission due to the double yellows and for permission for the drop kerbs
