Hi I’m Josh from Pavana Build Group,
After 12 years on site building new build houses for some of the UKs top developers, it was time to take the leap and create a business of my own.

Without having the exact details to hand, i’d roughly charge around £300-£400 including materials & clean up. hope this helps!
I believe a structural engineer would need to be involved for the sake of both parties (yourself + the builder ). that way your both covered, your required work is easily achievable and something i’ve completed many times. a ball park figure of £1500 wouldn’t be too far off, but without seeing it in person i couldn’t give an exact figure.
