hello my names beni I have been a self employed builder for over ten years now I started off many years ago playing around on my dad's sites in the summer holidays so I have a good firm background in the building trade I'm a qualified and time serverd bricklayer I also have nvqs in plumbing and plenty of experience and I have a carpentry nvq aswell I have a broard range of skills and have got good experience in all over the years

Answers:

Seal the gap with a pvc trim and seal with silicone
You need someone who's got a camera system for drains to have a look inside
Hard to tell without seeing the issue but the brick work should be sat on the lintel normally a very thin bed or resin or slate can be used ,
Probly better to have windows done first as during the process off the having the new windows installed there may be some brickwork and or pointing that will need making good especially with old windows where the outside horns on the window seal return into the brickwork i could give a better answer if i could see the windows in question
