I am primarily a plasterer consisting of me (Marc) and my sons one of which is a qualified plasterer and the other is learning.
However I have also picked skills up along the way within the building trade.
So I do also complete work as a plumber, bathroom fitter, restoration and referb.

History:
I am ex military (royal engineer) were I was a ground worker (plant operator mechanic). So I have been around the trades from a very young age. I have spent time working as a plumber, then plastering. Also spent time with other building firms carrying out property referbs etc.
My son has attended college were he completed his plastering course.

Sounds like the air admittance valve has gone.
this sits on top of the soil stack and stops the smell coming through baths and sinks were the traps haven’t got a water seal.
there about £40 from wicks and you don’t need any tools to replace. they just lift off and replace new one.
