What to do abut black mould on the wall?

There is an obvious problem with water or damp ingress. unfortunately this won’t go away until the problem has been rectified. this could be down to a slipped tile on the roof or bad pointing of ridge tiles or bricks even a crack in render or pebbledash. or even the guttering.
please can i ask what the exterior house consists of, weather it be brick, render or pebbledash please

Without a look at it, i’d say leave it bud.
could unlock a can of worms.

Is there a time limit for rendering?

There’s no reason the wall cannot be rendered 30 years down the line aslong as the wall is in good repair
