“Initial workscope expanded on start of work as closer inspection revealed cracks all way down chimney. Work delayed during high temperatures because of harling adhesion. Would recommend.”

To answer your question , yes the neighbours have more than likely got a re-roof for it to last over the cost of their budget perhaps so the roofer has only done his job but then there i have said it the point is for it to last a long time up to at least up to 50+60 years but for new tiles it’s also a cost !
