About Us:

Hi I’m michael wright regency ceilings leamington spa established 1964 I do all plastering rendering and cornice work to listed and period properties also I have a cellar tanking license and plastering is my life and I still enjoy it

I am a time served plasterer having done a 10 year apprenticeship I do all plastering cement rendering cornice work in cement and plaster also fibrous work I have a cellar tanking license issued by bio crown chemicals derby I’ve worked all over uk and spent many years working and teaching restoration plasterwork in newyork city I’ve also done sett plastering for the BBC and I do restoration lime plastering and I also enjoy lime pointing and I’ve owned my company since 1964 “ Regency Ceilings

Answers:

Cut it back 2/3 mm fit top coat of skim but if the bonding has been done a while then a coat of pva diluted 50/50 will help control the suction and avoid shrinkage to the finish
The only perfect repair is renewal
May to end of august to avoid frost and wet conditions
Diluted brick acid
Well not a clear question if it’s paper wood hip take it off clean away size tape cracks pave and skim if it’s artery pva it then boat over to be safe and skim
