History:
I started my journey at the age of 16 working as a labourer for FeltFab
I worked my way up to eventually being able to complete pitched roofs on my own initiative while staying with the same company from the age of 16 until the age of 38
In this time I completed many council housing contracts across South wales and the West including flat and pitched roofing
This year I feel its time to start my own journey after staying with the same company for 22 years

I would require scaffolding to complete this amount of work
To take off clean and re cement a ridge tile depending on access would normally cost around £60
If it was straight forward with easy access around £200
Hi yes the felt should be visible along the guttering line this helps any water travelling from further up the roof down to run into the guttering as opposed to the eaves causing the joists to rot
It's very common to do this however the bond is normally halfway between houses so if he's come over to far to your side this is something i would definitely take up with them
