I don’t do in side garage walls but i would but self tapp screws in before that i would instlate before putting boards on so no damp comes through
For a single ridge cap tile i would take it off and re bed and re,point it cost £80 then i would check the rest off ridge tiles to make sure there safe

Yes you would definitely need new tiles and possibly new roof by putting new felt and battens on but for there tiles they need new tiles but tiles to match in with neighbours so dosent look out off place to much
It depends how bad the timber frame got damaged but if it’s got really bad water damage you will need to put new timber frames on
