A broken sewerage pipe or one that’s leaking
Should be fine i’ve always been told this is totally acceptable
Bleach and leave for around half hour then wash down with hot boiling water
Either that or a plunger as probably a clump of hair down there from plenty of experience
You could have some extra drainage fitted to the drain which will solve the problem
