I start working as tradesperson as soon i completed my BTEC Level3 I was getting small jobs from familly member's and my mums close friends while I was doing my level2 in city college of Birmingham after I completed my level3 from there I start working as self employed then after I met my business partner in middle of my journey back then after he left the country I was on my own and i start taking Entrepriser courses how to run a business and manage a business from there I set up my business after I graduated from university of wolv I start up my business in 2018 Businesses evolve and adapt over time through innovation market research and by responding to changes in the external environment Innovation is a key driver of business evolution Businesses must constantly innovate to stay competitive.
