I am currently starting out as self employed I have experience in landscaping, roofing, roof cleaning, patio cleaning, Driveway cleaning and brick cleaning.

Depending on how big the chimney is and how much sand and cement we would use and how much lead we need depends on the pricing how ever it can start out as a little as 150 pound depending on how long we would be at the job and if we would need scaffolding access
It depends on the company some company’s won’t have a call out charge unless there carrying out the work personally if you wanted me to come out and look at a job i wouldn’t charge a thing.
Not much at all the tile is only about 5-10 pound but it’s more the labour your paying for cause of working at heights and it all depends if it needs re bedding to hold it in place but either way it will need re pointing so sand and cement will be needed as well so in materials looking at about 20-25 pound then for the labourer him self anything from 100-150.
