“This builder completed one of two flatpack assembly jobs. One of them was fine, the other not completed, due to missing parts. The other job was to fit some self-adhesive wallpaper. Again, it was not completed due to supposed missing instructions / faulty parts. We lost considerable money as the person charges 50 percent deposit in advance, which they refused to return when the job could not be completed, citing cost of travel to the job. ”
