You can either fit some edging or simply apply a few galvanised nails to stop the pieces moving
No this statement isn’t true any good tradesman would take pride in his work and would rectify the mistake
First dig wholes where the feet of the decking frame is going to be and make some concrete footings and then build a frame out of pressure treated lumber and attach the plastic pallets to the frame with composite decking screws
