Victor was polite, on time, efficient and incredibly thorough. He did the (very tough) job quickly and carefully. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is worth his weight in gold.

Maks and Louis were highly experienced in their work. I asked for my back garden to be paved over as it was a mass of nettles and weeds and looked unkempt. In just over a day the guys transformed it into a fully functional neat patio. I had a few questions along the way but both guys put me at ease and were genuinely glad to listen and do what was asked. I would highly recommend them.

I definitely would recommend he has been a great help, he has done everything I asked at a reasonable price, very tidy worker. Works fast but gets the job done to the best, i needed two bedrooms done carpet, painting, new light socket. In the kitchen I had Lino put down and cupboards fixed. Bathroom needed new tiles new floor and painting. He was very good, good time keeper, cheap and reasonable. Now any thing I need doing I call him

I am delighted to be able to highly recommend LVCA Construction. We worked with Mr. Dan- Alexandru Popa on two different occasions. In 2014, when he completely retiled our roof, made some structural changes, and isolated it with state-of-the-art materials. His work was impeccable. It was done in perfect timing, faster than we expected. He talked us through the plan from the very beginning, everything went just as planned and since then we have had a new, superb roof with extremely good insulation. The room is warm in the winter so we hardly need to put the heating on. In 2022, we added a bathroom to the loft. Alex planned the new work in such a way that we remained with a big and bright room even though we put a shower and toilet in it. All his team was super reliable. Alex answered all our questions all along the way, suggested the right materials and appliances for us, and he managed the project entirely from scratch until the end. We are more than pleased with the result. Our loft bathroom looks beautiful. Therefore, I can not recommend him highly enough. We will be hiring him for the downstairs major works. Dana da Costa

Wayne and Ollie were excellent in every way. A great job, they cleaned up after themselves every day, with attention to details and they worked miracles on cracked and rough walls. So grateful for the job, best trader I've ever had.

No trestles to rest/level work top on prior to cutting. Made do with a single metal step. Did not use sticky tape along saw lines to prevent chipping of laminate when cutting. As a result, the laminate surface is not cleanly cut, leaving tiny chips. Did not trim off lower edge of laminate strip used to cover 2 exposed sawn ends - I had to cut off 4mm myself. The exposed cut end of the 'L' shape is not straight - deviation of 3mm at the centre point. But friendly/helpful and arrived on time.

Hired Jason to fix a bad job I made on fixing our plasterboard wall. Needed a lot of sanding, replastering and painting. Jason was competitive on pricing, he was timely with communication both during quotation and when on the way to the job. He was bang on time on the morning of the job. The job exceeded expectations. Very high quality work, and he went above and beyond, painting the rest of the wall to ensure it all matched up. Would highly recommend and will use again
