When I walk on it, I can feel it's up and down and can see the gaps in between, grouting is not done some places especially places not visible, he ignored it therefore I didn't notice and paid all money in full. Some of the tiles stuck to the side wall already falling off. I spent £7000 + and didn't notice lots of the work was incomplete and paid him. I was busy with my newborn and didn't notice his mistakes and paid him in full. After I pointed out the incomplete work, he said he will come on Friday, but no response after that and it's been over 2 weeks now. ”
