We had been quoted ?1200 to replace a bathroom pump (which we assumed as needed, but knew the price was hugely inflated) and a couple of smaller jobs. Lawrence and his partner came round and diagnosed the exact problem... pump could be fixed, went off to get the needed spare parts and did the whole job at about a third of the price ... really he showed a great attitude in explaining to us the exact issues, discussing costs and getting it sorted the same day. Will use DX again,top praise from me.
