I need a door installed from my house hallway to my garage

Remove 2 doors put a new one in and remove part of a wall

2 doors and frames need removing a new door and frame need putting in and a wall (plasterboard) needs about 3 feet removing and 2 light switches moving.

Fix bicycle barrier

I have a U shaped galvanised bicycle barrier that I want fitting to the outside of my house. The place I want it is currently dirt. So likely will need a small area of concrete poured in order to securely fit the bicycle stand to.

External door canopy either needs to be made good or removed.

The list of work details: - kitchen and ceiling paint including some plastering - kitchen tiles work only partial as Color will be used - kitchen flooring - kitchen radiator change location from one side to another Small Bathroom - toilet set up - need to check properly, that basin will fit or do I need basin above toilet - check the shower, probably need new shower tray, - need to know about tilling in Bathroom - there is some colouring needed the room after completion of bathroom - door installation for bathroom Other works - complete living room flooring (few square feet are not completed) - complete hallway flooring - Change the radiator in living room to another location. Disabled person needs steps from French doors from the sitting room to the patio. Roughly 2 feet. Hopefully just two steps with a rail onto the patio.

Move upstairs internal stud wall 2 feet and 2 radiators

All works to be carried out in accordance with current Building Regulations Investigate bearing of beam/lintel over original front door opening (lounge side). Investigate foundation of pier supporting above beam/lintol. Relocate BT point fixed to above pier. Cut back as far as possible above pier. Quoin up & make good plaster. Note additional support works may be necessary. Relocate radiator. Access to the staircase is to be turned through 90 degrees. Bottom treads & risers to be remodelled to form winders, newel post & balustrade to be altered to suit. Construct WC c/o:- Timber/metal stud walls lined with plasterboard & skimmed & sound deadening quilt. Walls to be as thin as possible. Plumbing works and sanitary fittings (WC suite, whb & taps) Electric works c/o light switch & point, ventilation. Door, lining, stops, architrave & ironmongery. Skirting to match existing. Suspended Ceiling Gyproc coving to match existing to hall side of new walls. Picture rail to match existing to hall side of new walls. Provide window in side wall above staircase. Connect drain & waste pipe into manhole in front garden. Possible route is out through side wall of house, along sideway & under front steps. Make good concrete. Plans are available

new sewer drain

To dig a new sewer trench to connect up with existing drain for the installation of an upstairs toilet.

Flooring in garage space

We are looking to put flooring and eventually stairs in our garage space. It is a double height garage.

work to rear of house, to link two parts of building together with new flat roof & level floor. Remove rear windows and doors in preparation for bi fold doors. re wire one room & install new coving. Tile kitchen, hall, lounge & patio, install external lighting & heating. Remove & replace radiators. install glass balustrade and gas points in patio.

The front of our house has tiles from half way up. some seem to have slipped, and a damp patch can now be seen
