Hello everybody my name is Lukas i have 28 years old. I have 5 years experiences in costruction work, 2 years in London. I'm good and very friendly person which you can trust. I do not throw words to the wind, if i say something that i can do, it's true. Renovating houses is my passion, i didn't just for money i like it :). I always try to working cleanly and tidy. History:
Before i come to england i was working on building site in Poland 3 years experiences with building boards. Sometimes i did private jobs in houses with my friend which learn me job renovating. When i come to London i start working for small company like tiler but i did everything there: flooring, painting, demolition, fitting kitchen and i perfected my skills, after one year my boss finish job in london. So i continue working like tiler or painter sometimes working for company AJC construction, sometime i did private work. I have portfolio of my work if someone need.
Answers:
You should use just radiator paint or you can you use also any oil based paint. if you don't want rust anymore paint with zinsser bin paint first red can.
Mdf board is not perfect subfloor for tiles you should have plywood or cement board, don't use pva... use sbr bond or mapei primer.

Paint tiles with grip primer first after you can use toupret filler they doing even special bathroom and kitchen filler ready to use.
Best way put chemical cover plastic and scrape it all off after sand as much you can... after paint with wood hardner toupret then primer undercoat twice time and top coat ????.
