I would charge £650 for this to grind out and repoint chimney stack. and re do lead work.
Depending on if any block are damaged or not.
Call out for a roofer should be free. but other companies can charge.
I would personally just strip back to the timbers put new osb dwn. then burn underlay on for ur first covering with another layer of green mineral.. u can extend the roof to put a gutter in no problem be alot cheaper than fiberglass
