A single ridge tile has shifted on the roof. Roughly how much would I be looking at to get this fixed?

Roughly 100£ is a tower with a rent for 1 week. We can’t find cheaper. Half day for a roofer specialist and a labour, 100+60=160£.
Big ladder from the tower to
ridge tile.
Materials= one bag sand+cement, ridge tiles= 45£.
Total= 305£ plus 20% Vat

To take off clean and re cement a ridge tile depending on access would normally cost around £60

For a single ridge cap tile I would take it off and re bed and re,point it cost £80 then I would check the rest off ridge tiles to make sure there safe

Depends if you expect him to get up 2 story's on a ladder to fix. Compensation for repair for the risk is better than hiring a tower

Not much at all the tile is only about 5-10 pound but it’s more the labour your paying for cause of working at heights and it all depends if it needs re bedding to hold it in place but either way it will need re pointing so sand and cement will be needed as well so in materials looking at about 20-25 pound then for the labourer him self anything from 100-150.

We recommend dry ridge system we do not guarantee cement On ridge tiles only if customer wants it on the circumstances because it cracks and deteriorates
