dependant on size of chimney, location of chimney and accessibility you can be looking at £350-£500.

yes you are correct. for a new roof to be installed all tile work should be done using the same tiles all over the roof. seeing as your roof joins to the neighbours this should have been done using the new tiles as this would have made it more aesthetically pleasing to both you and the neighbour.

Hi,
all quotes can vary in pricing but this doesn’t always mean that people are overcharging. as a roofer i would advise that scaffolding would be needed for safety for myself and your property and for the quality of work. always good to shop around and get a few quotes and advice.
