The We Build 4 London team are brilliant. Sebastian really listened to the things we needed. We asked for a bathroom to be added to an awkward loft space and he made it happen. He made sure we were able to live comfortably in our house during the works with high functioning dust screens and attention to tidying everyday after the workers left. He was honest and gave good advice along the moths-long journey. When issues came up he was prompt to respond. His entire team works to the same standard as Sebastian. Refurbish a two bedroom flat in Croydon:- new bathroom suite, tiling, Painting Carpets, Bathroom light, Ceiling and wall lights Kitchen flooring, Cooker replacement, extractor fan installed. Created trickle vents by drilling holes in UPC Windows. +other small items like Curtains, headboard, Fluorescent light in kitchen etc. Communication was easy, appointments:on time, costing and schedule was exact. Standard of work:excellent. They had a wide skill set to tackle all the jobs

Michael and his team did a great job at refurbishing our ensuite bathroom as well as the master bedroom connected to it. The tiling, plastering, decorating, attention to details etc is of high standard. Professionals, polite and contentious workers. Will recommend.

Imran?s Bathroom design proved to be very practical and spacious for our family. Imran completely changed our bathroom and did all tiling, complete plumbing involving sink, toilet, towel rail and 900m x 900m shower, changed our bathroom window, pebble dashed exterior wall and painted to keep look in line with existing house design. Great estimation, time keeping and disciplined builder who I would definitely recommend.

This was a repair job involving a removing a board to replumb in a new shower and replace one side of the wall with matching tiles. Great job. Noone would know that this was not the original wall.

Rafal came to have a look at the job on time and e-mailed me a detailed written quote. I originally had Rafal around to put laminating down in the bathroom and replace the radiator and a bath panel but I had another couples of outstanding jobs that needed doing so got him to do those too. They required plastering, tiling and general building work and he made an excellent job of everything. There was one particularly nasty job where I needed plastering around my new double glazed back door but Rafal?s plastering work is excellent and I am impressed just how brilliant it now looks. Rafal was very punctual throughout and left each day with everything clean and tools and equipment stacked nicely out of the way. The extra little things that popped up during the job were no problem at all and he dealt with them without fuss. Rafal?s work is top notch and very reasonably priced and I am looking around my house at everything else that needs doing so will be using him again so I can highly recommend him for all types of building work.

we hired julian to upgrade our existing bathroom. He replaced an existing bath with a 1700 x 800 shower tray and double sliding doors. Completed tiling, removed existing radiator and replaced with new traditional radiator. Removed and replaced existing basin taps. Fitted new inline extractor fan. All works carried out to a very high standard.

Jermaine was on time and fast hes workmanship was picky and perfect! I was nothing short of impressed with his speed and workmanship would reccomend him to anyone! He was also very clean and respectful of my living space!

These brothers are full of energy and are ready to work especially Tom and Damian. They listened to my ideas and tried their best to meet them. We came across a few problems but with patience they have solved them for me the best they could. The finishing touch was challenging but one by one we had them rectified. They have good working manners and tried to tidy the site every night before they left. Although I ended up slightly over my budget, I’ll hire them again for their great attitudes.
