Jim's work was exemplary, he listened to our brief, any gaps in our ideas he always had suggestions and fulfilled our brief beyond expectation. Any problems that arose he came up with options to resolve them and was always flexible when suppliers let us down. He worked hard, was always tidy and I've never seen such perfect bathroom tiling. He even gave sage advice on the parts of the project we wanted to undertake ourselves. His work was good value for the price paid, I would recommend highly.

Excellent! Andy was on time (even 10 minutes early), he advised me what to choose and negotiated the price at the shop for the basin. He has done the job properly, cleaned everything and gave some advice on how to keep our sink clean! Definitely recommended, and as he can do more than bathroom and sink, I have kept his number and will call him again for more work in my house.

Excellent service all round. Fitted new bathroom suite, very accurate and neat tiling, put new flooring in with underfloor heating, painted the walls and ceiling and installed spotlights. I’m so happy with the end result and John cleaned up after every day so left all neat and tidy. We have recommended to friends and family.

We had an old toilet with a seat that was bolted to the toilet. It was not possible to move without Kaleem's help. He not only helped remove the seat and bolts but he went with the tenants to the shop to help find a new seat that fit. Highly recommended.

Nick recently completed a total bathroom refurb in our 1 bed flat. We took the risk of Nick doing the work whilst we were away on holiday and I'm glad to say it paid off. Although it wasn't completely finished when we got back (due to an order mix up not in Nick's control), the quality of his work was high and most importantly he was very diligent in responding quickly to all communications. Imran?s Bathroom design proved to be very practical and spacious for our family. Imran completely changed our bathroom and did all tiling, complete plumbing involving sink, toilet, towel rail and 900m x 900m shower, changed our bathroom window, pebble dashed exterior wall and painted to keep look in line with existing house design. Great estimation, time keeping and disciplined builder who I would definitely recommend.

These brothers are full of energy and are ready to work especially Tom and Damian. They listened to my ideas and tried their best to meet them. We came across a few problems but with patience they have solved them for me the best they could. The finishing touch was challenging but one by one we had them rectified. They have good working manners and tried to tidy the site every night before they left. Although I ended up slightly over my budget, I’ll hire them again for their great attitudes.

Cristian was the main worker handling repairs caused by over 10 years of water damage from both bathroom sinks not having been connected when my flat was built. The damage was extensive, causing the underflooring to be warped and walls being rotten through. Despite his manager attempting to take shortcuts to get the job completed sooner while causing unnecessary delays, Cristian was honest whenever I queried decisions made by his superiors and this allowed me to push back and get the job done properly. His handiwork is also of exceptional quality with no issues in the 2 years since work was completed and I've invited him back for further work (eg, replacing a leaking kitchen sink tap) which he's completed to the same standard.

This was a repair job involving a removing a board to replumb in a new shower and replace one side of the wall with matching tiles. Great job. Noone would know that this was not the original wall.
