Really happy with Darren, he knew how important the job was to me, so squeezed it in between jobs. He also said he’d work Saturday & Sunday if necessary (it wasn’t). He’s a rare form of builder as he turns up on time and works a full day although he like tea with two sugars to keep him going. Will be using him for other work I need doing.

Florin painted the outside of our house and renovated the gutters. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for similar work.

After reading the reviews, Daniel and his work colleague completed the work and were very professional. Luckily they highlighted that some of the brickwork may have caused injury or worse if we had attempted the work. Although some accidental damage was caused to the vinyl floor during the work, they returned and completely replaced the floor covering. I would recommend them every time.

General clearing, laid extensive patio and path system. General building work on a 10m by 5 m double glazed pool house.

Quit halfway through the project after deciding "go for cake" and not turning up. After starting well, David went completely berserk midway through the project, not turning up and deciding to start another job. He the demanded to be paid before completing the job (after not turning up for the day), and then quit, leaving a half completed wall. For no reason than he just decided not to show up

MSI refurbishments did an excellent job for us, They remodeled the ground floor of a Victorian house to provide a new kitchen and ground floor toilet and cloakroom. This involved several trades. Nothing was too much trouble and they were punctual and worked through continuously.

Owen Gallagher completed a garage renovation for us as well as laying a new driveway which involves moving substantial amounts of earth and rubbish from the garden. The renovation work involved putting in new plasterboard ceiling and walls, windows, fitting a new toilet/shower suite, tiling etc and sorting out building regs .I found him and his team to be reliable, hardworking and honest. Any minor snagging issues were promptly dealt with. Owen also carried out some ground work in the garden, removing hardcore, laying new turf and completely re-fencing the garden perimeters. This work was carried out, as before, to Owen's very high standards.

Installed beautiful trellis fencing to my garden and side return of my property. Kept the place tidy and did an amazing job of it all lining up. Installed a glazed screen to the inside of the house to separate the study with frosted glass and can't believe who great it looks. It keeps the privacy and still let's light into the area through the bay window.

3 rooms of laminate flooring moved my kitchen unit to accomadate new cooker 're tiled Excellent very clean tidy and done above and beyond even painted my bedroom as an extra 5 ++++
