I would absolutely recommend Robin for any flooring job. Right from the beginning he got in contact quickly and was clear about what was to be provided in the job along with clear breakdowns of pricing and choices. He also was very accommodating in ordering some last minute carpet for an extra 2 rooms the day before coming in. He was quick to respond to messages and always keeping you updated. There had to be some minor changes to the job spec, and they were dealt with courteously and efficiently. The invoice was clear and complete - no unexpected additions. Sunny has very reliable and did a fantastic job with his team to remove old carpets and fit new ones throughout our 4 bed home. Very courteous throughout and would certainly employ again for other jobs.

The final room the fitters ran out of energy, broke the central light fitting and failed to stretch the carpet satisfactorily. They also did not clear up after themselves. I have had carpet fitters that have been far more careful. I think the fact that A1FS is an intermediary there is room for misunderstanding and an inflated price - where the fitter is being paid less. However, if it was the carpet fitters doing job directly without intermediary I would rate the work as poor.
