We have employed Tristan and his team (Arbcore) for several years now to prune our Scots Pine, hedge of ten conifers and other trees, his most recent work being in Autumn 2019. He has also removed a tree for us. We find him and his team quick to respond, reliable, caring and courteous. We feel that we can always trust him to use his considerable expertise to fulfil our wishes while providing excellent professional advice and knowledge. He gets on with the job, keeps us informed and works tidily, taking away all rubbish. During the present Covid 19 conditions, we expect work might understandably take a little longer, because we are certain Tristan will respect all guidelines, create a work plan and adjust his work pattern to ensure best practice to keep his clients and team safe.

Daniel is a very punctual, friendly, very professional and hard worker. Highly Recommened ! He done amazing job for me. If you are looking for a high standard work , this is a right person.

Standard of Work on garden was second to none. Always checked before proceeding so customer (my in law) was very happy. Communication superb and says a lot that builders next door would get Phil in to do their own garden! I?m fussy but I can?t find fault with how and what they did!

Responded very quickly. We were impressed with Dan's "can do" attitude and nothing was too much trouble. Other companies told us we would need a completely new building but he was perfectly able to complete the necessary repairs and offer advice on choices of materials etc. Not the cheapest (his own words) but well worth the money.

I hired Ben (Vertex Paving Direct) to re-establish my fencing/posts and put in new kick boards. Ben made an excellent job. I found him polite, knowledgeable and very tidy.
