Wayne's team renovated my entire bathroom. I received a competitive quote for the labour and the builders kept clear records of all the materials they used so I knew exactly what the costs were. They accommodated every little request I made, worked quickly and also at weekends to finish on time when it started over-running due to issues out of their control. They were also really friendly, lovely guys who I had every confidence leaving in my flat alone. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Quick, speedy response received, the price was good and reasonable, the work carried out was spot on. He did what he said he would, I will definitely be calling Anthony Rose for any further work that's required. Having come across a lot of tradesman, he is a reliable, decent person that gets the job done as promised.

Jason did a great job fitting our bathroom. Really high standard of tiling and fitting - was adaptable and dependable. He also came straight back when there was minor snagging which he fixed immediately. Really nice chap too. Highly recommended.

We had a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. Apart from changing the bath, shower, tiling the walls and floor etc, it meant lowering the floor level and adding a radiator. All of this was carried out extremely well. We now have a modern bathroom. And it is worth adding that Darren is a very nice guy - if you let a workman into your house for a fairly large job this is important. Highly recommended.

Henry was a pleasure to have around and worked under quite difficult circumstances. He spent time thinking about the job and potential problems. Then we was totally committed to completing the work (turning up unasked at the weekend) and we are very pleased with the result.

Really good job and really kept the house clean. David renovated the bathroom in time. The bathroom had to be redone from scratch, plastered, pipework,new spot lights,shower instead of bathtub, tiled all the walls and the floor, new pipe work as we changed everything, fitted new window, built mdf basin unit, well organised man, helped with the design, bought the materials.

Alan and his workman managed to come on a very short notice and saved us so much trouble as we had an emergency and needed the job to be done urgently. They fixed everything required and were very polite. The price was good too. Will recommend them to others.

Adrian undertook complete refurbishment of out bathroom.It was a challenge as the bathroom is small. He removed all the bath units including bathtub, toilet and cistern and sink very efficiently. Our bathroom installation required a back to wall combi WC and sink unit (which had to be cut to fit over existing pipework), a walk-in bathtub and a folding shower screen.I am very pleased to say that Adrian completed the job very efficiently and superbly. I definitely recommend him. Thx for gr8 work.

Amilton & his team worked hard, but the work was rushed at the end, and consequently there were parts not finished properly which subsequently had to be re-done. There is still a minor leak which needs to be fixed which no one has bothered to come back to me on.

Paul came to fit a new extractor fan in the bathroom and fix the ventilation in the loft space. He was very good, explained everything clearly, quick to respond and flexible about what time he could come over. He completed the work to a high standard at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend SP installations.

We were very happy with the various work carried out by Clive (plumbing, plastering & coving work). We would definitely recommend him to others and would not hesitate to call him back for further work in the future!

I was very pleased with the service I received from this company from start to finish. The Gentleman was very polite and easy to talk to. Very efficient and the standard of work was as expected from professional. The work area was left clean and tidy. Although they were not the cheapest however I'm happy with the end result. Great work and competitive quote. Was kept fully up to date with any changes needed (and why) as well as any extra costs involved. Matt was happy to go with my ideas, where as some other companies were seemed only bothered in doing what they had in mind. Would highly recomend and will look to use M.F again when I have my kitchen replaced next year.
