After 5 weeks of waiting since the "finish" of the job our bathroom is still unfinished. Tall cupboard still not provided, although paid for, small cupboard to hide large WC pipe still not fitted, tiles at the end of the shower are losing their grouting, tiling around window very poor, two caps on shower fitting missing and the pipe under the basin was leaking (now sorted by my partner, as was the poor grouting.) Got what we paid for - cheap job!

Galan as far as Im concerned is the guy you want. I decided to give him a try after reading his reviews. He is simply a standup, professional yet friendly guy. He doesnt confuse you with terminologies but always explains what is required. Galan did an amazing job with my 3 bathrooms. Daily he was very neat and very hardworking. Wayne's team renovated my entire bathroom. I received a competitive quote for the labour and the builders kept clear records of all the materials they used so I knew exactly what the costs were. They accommodated every little request I made, worked quickly and also at weekends to finish on time when it started over-running due to issues out of their control. We offered a great price and a very good technical design for a very limited space (1qm). Melvin and Ian did a great job on our bathrooms. The quote Melvin gave was accurate and detailed. They worked hard to make sure the finish and details were excellent, and were happy to deal with any changes we made. They made a real effort to limit the mess generated by the work each day and tidied everything up at the end of the day. I would happily employ Melvin to do more work for us.

We initially intended for Wito to do a big renovation job (bathroom renovation and floor fitting) but before we communicated this to him we decided to test him on a smaller job which was to remove some partition wall and reposition one radiator. For this he changed 600 + materials which is way above any quote we got – but hey we thought given the rating- he would be hassle free. Nevertheless, he turned out to be a nightmare. I do not trust these reviews.. COWBOY builders. STAY AWAY.

Very pleased with the bathroom refit. Old suite removed and replaced, but with only one toilet in the house Darren made sure that he always left the toilet functioning, over bath shower fitted, with pressure pump under bath, tiled around wet area and half way round remaining area, floor tiled. Darren worked alone and always left everything tidy, he didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want or need and was helpful in suggesting suppliers. Darren is reliable and a nice, easy going guy.

Excellent! Andy was on time (even 10 minutes early), he advised me what to choose and negotiated the price at the shop for the basin. He has done the job properly, cleaned everything and gave some advice on how to keep our sink clean! Definitely recommended, and as he can do more than bathroom and sink, I have kept his number and will call him again for more work in my house.

I was so disappointed to have this team work on my bathroom refresh as they had come to view the work and seemed competent enough Sadly, the fitters were sub-conned and were extremely incompetent: they put fixtures on upside down, their grouting was patchy, and their fitting of the bath panel was extremely shoddy. And even worse, they took materials I supplied and helped themselves to drinks, food and fruit. And the foreman did not try to rectify the problems. Really awful. Avoid.
