I hired Mike to fit a part-bespoke kitchen into a restricted space (kitchen units, worktop, plumbing, electrics and plastering, moved boiler) What he did was brilliant and I am so pleased with it. He really got the aesthetics of it right. I also appreciated that he did not patronise me as a woman (other builders have). He works hard and is fast and highly proficient at all the trades. A good problem solver with imagination which was what I needed. I wish I had found him earlier.

I used fast repairs to fit 3 bedroom doors. They were really quick in availability to do the job, definitely living up the their name. They were helpful even offering to collect the doors if it was a problem for me. They completed the job to an excellent standard. Would recommend for a range jobs. I booked them for more work.

I asked Smart Building & Maintenance to carry out a number of jobs in my home, including; Fitting a new bathroom and even external painting just to name a few. They not only carried out the work to an excellent standard, but also helped me out after some dodgy workmen left us in a bad pickle. I heard they provide a great service by word of mouth and I wasn't disappointed. I feel like it's important that I leave a review as we really appreciated having the work done for us and know that we could rely and trust the company and they turn up on the time and day as agreed. James is a fantastic tradesman. His work is of the highest quality and is always great value for money. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him for any joinery work which needs completing.

Converted the spare room into a bathroom, including installing toilet, sink and shower and wooden panels on the walls. Excellent job. Very pleased 😀
