The job was carried out in good time 4 days overall The company uses subcontractors for the work but the two lads who carried out the majority of the work were pleasant and tried to minimise the amount of dust as much as possible They cleaned up after each session Finish to walls good slight problem with floorboards replacement in bathroom but this was corrected on return visit hence rating

From the first contact Roy was polite, and very professional. He gave me precise feedback about the state of my Chimney, having climbed to the roof to see for himself, taking pictures for me to see the problem. He was clear and precise about the repairs he felt were needed to make the roof safe and gave clear and concise information about the cost of repair and timescales, all of which were met.
