Hezekiah did the job well. A very friendly guy and a tidy worker. Henry who quoted for the job, was very polite and easy to talk to, kept in touch to see how things were going. Very pleased with Pro-Techs as a firm and would certainly recommend. Job was started on quickly after very reasonable quote accepted.

It is a shame when 'customer service' diminishes when workmen are in demand. After getting an insurance quote, I was kept being told 'I am very busy' and 'no time for your questions'. Eventually, I lost contact. Communication is the key to any business!

Claudette and her team at JPS were really great from the off with communication and clear schedules etc which I found really useful. She essentially project managed what ended up being much more than just a paint refresh and I really appreciate her helping me out with advice and additional quotes etc along the way. The work itself was exemplary! Transparent and fair at clearing up misunderstandings too. My 1st time doing anything like this so v. grateful for her & team's help, highly recommend.

The decorator (Ryan) was polite, friendly, tidy and efficient. He did a great job which we are very happy with. Our only issue was that we ended up paying ?320 over what was quoted. This was for materials and 'extra' work - our original quote clearly stated that all materials were included and the decorator saw the state of the walls *before* quoting. So we paid up but felt it was unfair. Make sure you get your quote explained clearly as to what it does and does not include.

Was very pleased with the work Oskar and his very hard working assistant carried out. The work was to decorate our back living room. Remove wallpaper and plaster skim the walls and to remove excisting wooden shelves and replace with new fitted ones.The walls were painted.Paint all woodwork and to remove carpet and lay a wooden floor. The team worked hard and made sure the work was carried out correctly. Would highly recommend Racso.

Employed Carlos to decorate house. He and his partner were friendly, but the standard of their work was appalling, paint runs on wood work (Dulux Satinwood ONCE). Brush strokes on walls, missed areas. They failed tidy up at the end of each day, leaving paint trays, paint tins, coke cans on beds and dressing table. Carlos failed to take on board my complaints about his work and manner in which they worked. He was defensive and would find something or someone to blame.

John and his assistant were great. They did exactly what they said they were going to - and more - to such a high standard. I will use him again as it's fantastic to find someone so reliable and trustworthy.

Very Professional service with job well done and delivered on time they did a fantastic job bringing my home back to life after previous tenants had smoked in it causing a lot of nicotine staining. Great care was taken in priming the walls and ceilings prior to painting. A truly professional job - well done!

Francesco did an excellent job painting our flat and sealing windows. The flat looked good as new, and the drafty windows were nicely repaired. He was friendly, honest and we really appreciated his work.

Juri and Ivan turned up on time as agreed and assessed the job. They provided a thorough and very competitive quote. I went on to hire them. They turned up on day one, on time and got straight to work. Their was was above the standard of any builders I've hired before, their efficiency and professionalism better than any other builders also. Not once was my property left messy or did I have to clean up after the guys. They were always very polite and respectful to me and my family. Above all the quality of work was what impressed me. Nothing was too much for them to do for me advising me and keeping me informed along the job and saving me money in the long term. They vwere very clear in their communication throughout. The outside of my house looks fantastic for the simple reason, they care about what they are doing. The pride in their work shows and they transformed the outside of house when they painted it and the one room they decorated inside makes the rest of the house looks bad. I've already recommended these guys to friends and family and would without a doubt use them again!

Tomaz is a really nice chap. I am not a building company and therefore not used to employing my own decorators. Tomaz was very helpful and did an excellent job decorating a small two bedroom flat in 6 days plus some repair work. I found him to be tidy with a good eye for detail. I would like to use him again.

SDM stripped, made good and painted my hall stairs and landing and did a great job for a very good price. They understood exactly what I wanted and the work was done promptly and without any fuss. Definitely recommended.

A R Handyman are wonderful. First, the quote was clear, quick and concise. Then, the work was exceptional. Super-fast, accurate, very neat both in the painting and in their storing of materials.
