Owen Gallagher completed an outbuilding renovation for me as well as lay a new driveway which involved moving substantial amounts of earth and rubbish from the garden. The renovation work involved putting in new plasterboard ceiling and walls, windows, fitting a new toilet/shower suite, tiling etc. He also submitted the application for the planning application which were subsequently approved.I found him and his team to be reliable, hardworking and honest and did a good job on each occasion and promptly dealt with any minor snagging issues. More recently he has completed some fencing work and will be my first port of call for any future works.

Marc completed our house refurbishment which included a new bathroom, new kitchen and flooring (carpet and Amtico). I'm more than happy to give this reference as Marc was tidy, kept to time frames and competatively priced. I've also called him when a few other bits in the house needed doing e.g. shelves and building a flat pack from Ikea.

Hi We decided to have Allshades to refurbish our house ,there workmanship in all areas/trades was as I expect, the team were tops, not the cheapest of all quotes but I don't like to cheap! Wayne is a great person to have your work sorted he keeps you updated with all costs ect and how the work is going day by day. always on time and very clean. Gavin + his team were tidy, courteous, efficient and professional. Nature of job: to remove a stud wall in a bedroom, new power points, fixed uneven level flooring, box up an area to hide some pipes with a bespoke door for access to pipes if needed. Good adaptation and good workmanship without hassle. Clean dust film provided to protect existing carpet and furniture. We were impressed. Highly recommended and we would engage All Hours Plumbing & Property Services again.

Damian and his team had a real challenge, house needed a new bathroom ,kitchen , rewiring , walls re-plastering then decorating all . The job was done on time and I am extremely happy with the house it is beyond my expectation. I would not hesitate to recommended Damian and his team - they were GREAT .

Brightstar modernised my 3 bed flat. They were reasonably priced, professional, finished a superb job on time and to budget and left the flat in pristine condition. They were also helpful and pleasant and I would give them the highest possible recommendation.

We chose Darren because he gave us the best quote and clearly had the expertise to carry out the technical elements of our job. The bonus to working with Darren was how unobtrusive it was to have building work going on in the middle of our house. He was accomodating of our toddler & our cats, left things clean at the end of each day and even the little things like making sure the washing machine remained plumbed in & usable for the duration of the work really made the whole process a breeze.

I would highly recommend Nick and his team.They did a tremendous job with my house refurbishment from start to finish.Nick insisted on visiting the project before giving me a quote and paid a close attention to details.He helped me a lot with professional advices and at the end I got more than what I was hoping for.I received a few quotes,some were even cheaper but Nick was the one who knew what he's talking about, was most professional and I gladly paid the price for his services.

Oskar was polite, friendly and efficient. He did a great job which we are very happy with. Paid as per original quote before works started. Highly recommend Racso building services. Fast email, text & call responses when needed and a fare quotation. Even came round late one evening to fix a leak (not related to the works) but came out nonetheless. Very much recommend.

5 stars with excellence to Fabrizio and his company. I was super happy about the quality of his work. He provided a detailed quote with labour and materials included whilst other companies were rather vague and didn't provide enough details on materials and timelines. He project planned the works perfectly and faced problems promptly. He is very easy to deal with, he provided very intelligent solutions and will engage you in any decision. He fixed a very serious structural problem in my bathroom, and designed bespoke kitchen and wardrobe with excellent quality materials and attention to details. He transformed my flat completely. Bravo!!

Gary and his team completed our building work in a professional and reliable way. We were complete beginners in the renovation world, and Gary helped us keep the work in budget without any quality compromise. We are delighted with the final result. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

We agreed to have Galeon design and completely refit our ground floor, including the kitchen. I can say that we are extremely pleased with the quality of work provided by the Galeon team. We now have a beautiful and functional open plan kitchen and a wonderful living room area.
