Stuart Otter is a first class bodger and liar ,his work is very poor ,fitted a cheap mixer tap that he said was thermostatic which was not ,shower leaked ,toilet no secured to floor sink unit wobbles I have had to correct all these at extra expense ,shower boards damaged screws for shower missing ,yes he works hard at doing a very bad job ,

Debs & Nick are lovely people to do business with, We needed a fair amount of work to be done on our daughters flat in a hurry; Block up & move 2 doors, to create an ensuite, re design and fit new bathroom, fit new kitchen & appliances, all tiling, replace radiators & all internal doors. They managed to fit us in at short notice, we handed over the keys, went on holiday and the majority of the work was completed on our return. Very happy to recommend to others. ND builders put in a shower for us. Their quote was very reasonable compared to others we had. They are able to do plumbing, electrics, carpentry, plastering, and all general building work. Nick and Debbie are really friendly and accommodating, and were able to creatively think their way around problems that arose with our old building. The shower was finished on time and on budget and fits well with our tudor house. In short ND builders are excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them.

we had a terrible experience with Stuart. He doesn't seem to even have basic knowledge or skills in plumbing, or tiling, or bathroom fitting. He kept blaming mistakes on his young co-worker. we were left having to re-do almost everything he had touched. when we asked for compensation or to come back and fix the mess he had made he became 'ill' and couldn't come back for 6 weeks. never heard from him again. AVOID.

Demanding my ?150 returned he then threatened me with fictitious costs. Outraged I will be taking him to court and informing Tading Standards.
