He gave us a great quote and was able to start and finish the work within 3 days the following week. Clearance of brambles and old fencing along with all the materials needed was included within the quote, and workers were polite and prompt. I gave Szilard a lot more work than the garden fence as my original post, for which he was paid in cash at his request, with a large tip. His work was good, overall, and he completed within the quoted time-scale. He was asked to return to see to the sealant around the kitchen sink, which began to crack and peel away within a week of the jobs being completed in early August. That was two months ago and I am still waiting. He flies off the handle very quickly which can also be an issue.
