Employed Dareen because of the feedback I read. The laminate floor in the sitting room was not finshed and not properly done, the tiles in the kitchen was not properly done. He promised to come over to finish the job properly, but he never turn up, and at a point even refused to pick our calls or reply our text. I am about to have my kitchen & living room knocked through so leveling at the join is an issue. Current kitchen tiles will be removed. Living room has some wooden floor and an extension with concrete floor. Hall and cloakroom have plywood laid already. Grinding of current surface possibly required? Plastic scree probably required. To be done middle of October.

I am looking to take up a carpet in a bathroom and put down some vinyl. The bathroom is about 1.2mx3.8m in size, with a toilet, sink and bath also in that space. I am just looking for something fairly basic and am not too concerned about the colour/pattern as long as it is reasonable for a bathroom. The carpet will need to be pulled up and removed and disposed of. Vinyl (and any other required items such as underlay) will need to be supplied and installed. I am ideally looking for this to happen on Saturday the 23rd of September (next month). Ultimately I just want a bathroom floor that can be mopped and am open to suggestions if you have a better idea on how to achieve this on a budget. Thank you!
