Plaster/render on inside is coming off and wooden cladding covering the porch needs replacing!!! The gas and electricity meters are in there so it needs doing. Hi, whilst tidying our front yard we have discovered a pipe that has a missing/broken section which means that water from the shower is running out and probably doing some damage to the surrounding area. There is concrete around it but it looks like it's been patched up so I'm not sure if this has been badly repaired in the past or something. We're new in the house so I don't have any further information. I have added pictures of what you see when the shower is running. I don't know how long it's been like this, we stumbled across it today. Thanks
