The current square wooden base which the boiler sits on in the boiler cupboard is not stable, as the wood has become water damaged. A new base is needed. The boiler will be removed and replaced on the same day as the base is fitted. So a morning slot will be needed for the carpentry as the existing boiler will be removed in the morning and the new boiler fitted after the base has been replaced

The materials would need to be sourced for this as we don't have them. To give a rough indication of the size, the width of the stairs is around 90cm and the length is about 2.5 metres. No varnishing or painting is required.
