The flat is currently unoccupied as the previous tenant has left. The whole 55 square meter flat needs painting (wall only plus a little bit of water damage on the ceiling in the lounge by the bay window). The same colour to be used in each room as is currently on the walls. All rooms are magnolia (county cream) apart from the bathroom. The water heater has recently been replaced so it will need extra painting around. I would like it painted ASAP, so please also say when you could start. I also have some more painting work that needs to be done on the outside.
